The Experience
The Southern is a wonderful place to live and socialize. Everyone here is so very nice! From the Leasing Staff, to the Events Staff, to the Maintenance guys, all are wonderful and very helpful. I also have met lots of the residents that are friendly and proudly keep the property clean. I would recommend anyone looking for a new home to call and speak to Ashley or any others in the leasing office.

I just want to say how much I appreciate the ladies in the office, Ashley & Amy. They are consistently kind, patient, and always willing to help. It really makes a difference. From the fun events they schedule and special treats to quickly solving anything that might come up, it has made it a pleasure to live here.

If you are looking for the best maintenance, The Southern is the place! Toby has addressed all of my issues within the hour that I have put in a work order. The grounds are always picked up and look amazing. Maintenance at The Southern is the best around!

I absolutely love living here! The complex is well taken care of, and everything feels clean, organized, and well maintained. The leasing process was super easy and smooth—especially thanks to Amy, who gave me my tour. She was so kind and helpful, and as a bonus, she even offers free yoga lessons on Thursdays!
